You receive an instant notification. The estimate status changes to Accepted. You can then click Convert to automatically create a work order and invoice with all the line items copied over.

Yes. Sent estimates appear in the client portal with full details. Clients can accept or decline directly from the portal. Past estimates (accepted, rejected, converted) are also visible for reference.

You set a Valid Until date on each estimate. After that date, the estimate status changes to Expired. You can still reactivate or resend expired estimates if the client comes back.
