A Branded Portal Where Clients Register, Track Jobs, and Pay

Give every client their own login to view work orders, pay invoices, subscribe to recurring services, send messages, and browse job photos. Fully branded with your company logo and name.

The Problem

Clients expect digital access to their service history, but most businesses still rely on phone calls and paper receipts.

Endless Phone Calls for Status Updates

Clients call the office repeatedly asking when a technician will arrive, whether a job is finished, or when their next appointment is scheduled. Each call interrupts your team and slows down real work.

Lost Invoices and Late Payments

Emailed invoices end up in spam folders. Mailed invoices get lost. Clients claim they never received a bill, and your accounts receivable grows while cash flow suffers.

Manual Onboarding for Every New Client

Every new customer requires someone on your team to collect contact details, create a profile, and set up their account. This manual entry introduces typos and delays the first appointment.

How It Works

1

Share Your Portal Link

Copy your unique portal URL from organization settings and share it on your website, business cards, or email signature. Clients can also reach it through your public landing page.

2

Clients Register Themselves

New clients fill out a simple registration form with their name, email, phone, and address. The system automatically creates their user account, client record, and associates them with your organization.

3

Clients Access Their Dashboard

After logging in, clients see a branded dashboard with your company logo, their upcoming work orders, outstanding invoices, and a direct message form to contact your team.

4

Self-Service Payments and Subscriptions

Clients pay invoices directly through Stripe, subscribe to recurring maintenance plans, and manage their payment methods. All transactions sync back to your CRM automatically.

Key Capabilities

Self-Registration with Auto-Linking

When a client registers through your portal, the system creates their auth account, profile, and client record in one step. No manual data entry needed from your team.

Work Order Tracking and Photos

Clients see every job associated with their account, including status, scheduled date, technician name, and before/after photos in a read-only gallery with lightbox support.

Invoice Viewing and Online Payment

Outstanding invoices display with line items, tax, and totals. Clients pay through Stripe with the amount automatically reconciled in your CRM when the payment completes.

Recurring Service Subscriptions

Clients can browse your recurring services (like monthly maintenance plans) and subscribe directly through Stripe Checkout. Subscription status and billing sync in real time.

Client-to-Business Messaging

A built-in message form lets clients send requests, questions, or feedback directly to your team. Each message triggers an in-app notification for your organization staff.

Company Branding Throughout

Your company logo and business name appear in the portal sidebar, login page, and dashboard. Clients interact with your brand, not a generic CRM interface.

Frequently Asked Questions

Share your unique portal URL from organization settings. Clients can also register through your public landing page. Each business gets a branded login and registration page at /p/[slug]/login and /p/[slug]/register.

Clients only see work orders, invoices, and photos associated with their own account. Row-Level Security in the database enforces this isolation, ensuring no client can access another client's data.

When a client clicks Pay on an invoice, they are directed to a Stripe Checkout session. Once the payment completes, the invoice is automatically marked as paid in your CRM through Stripe Connect webhooks.

The full client portal with self-registration, subscriptions, and messaging is available on Professional ($199/month) and Business ($349/month) tiers. Starter plan businesses can still send one-click portal invites to individual clients.
