Smarfle for agencies in 2:36. Every client in it is made up.

  • 20% of every plan payment, no end date
  • Every client's data in one place
  • Reports in seconds, sent automatically
  • Your plan is free at 3 paying clients

Three ways Smarfle grows your agency

More revenue from the clients you already have, less time on reporting, and clients who can see what your work brought them.

A new revenue stream

Your clients pay Smarfle for the software they run their business on, and you earn 20% of every plan payment for as long as they stay. Once 3 of them pay, your own plan is free.

Reports in seconds, sent for you

Every client's data already sits in one place. Click Build and a data-rich report is ready in seconds, or let Smarfle build it after each month and send it to the client by itself. No more reporting day.

Clients who see results

On Smarfle their calls get answered or texted back, every lead hears back fast and jobs get booked online, so the traffic you bring turns into paid work.

Automated SEO client reports with your logo

Search Console, Analytics, Google Business, Maps rankings, Ahrefs, calls and leads for every client sit in one place. One click builds a white-label report in seconds, with your agency's name, logo and color, every number next to last month and the same month last year, and a plain line under each part that says what changed.

Local SEO reporting that shows leads, calls and booked jobs

Rankings and clicks rarely convince a business owner. Leads and booked jobs do, and that is where most reporting tools stop.

The results part of a client report: new leads, calls and booked jobs over six months, how people got in touch, where they found the business, where calls went and how fast new leads heard back
Results for a client who runs on Smarfle. Made-up numbers.

Clients who run on Smarfle

Every call, text, form and online booking is counted, split by how people got in touch and where they found the business. The report also shows how fast new leads heard back, which is the answer when a client says the leads were bad.

Call tracking for agencies

Give each marketing source its own tracked number. Calls ring the client's phone, get recorded and transcribed, and the report shows which source rang. $0.10 a minute.

How call tracking works

Clients not on Smarfle

Their report still counts leads, from the key events in their Google Analytics and the calls from their Google Business profile, so every client gets a results section.

Grow your agency's revenue with 20% recurring

Most marketing agency growth means winning new clients. Smarfle adds revenue from the clients you already have, in four ways.

20% of every plan payment

Every client you move to Smarfle pays you 20% of their plan each month, for as long as they stay, and 25% once 15 of them pay.

Your own plan for free

From 3 paying clients your Smarfle plan costs nothing, so your reporting and CRM bill drops to zero.

More clients, same team

Reports that build and send themselves give back the hours your team spent on exports, so the same people can take on more clients.

Clients who stay longer

A report that shows leads, calls and booked jobs proves what your work brought in, which makes the renewal and the next price rise an easier talk.

Your own Smarfle plan

Client reports come with every plan. Solo is 1 login, Starter up to 5. It costs nothing while 3 or more of your clients pay.

At monthly plan prices. The share is 20% of each plan payment, 25% once 15 clients pay, and it is not paid on texts, calls or other usage. A client on yearly billing pays less over the year, and your share follows what they pay.

How the 20% is paid

  1. 1

    Invite

Send your link, or a setup kit with their services, hours and website filled in. Setting a client up is work you can bill for.

  2. 2

    They try it

They start a 14-day free trial, with their account already set up when you sent a kit.

  3. 3

    They pay Smarfle

Smarfle bills their plan, so there is nothing for you to invoice or collect.

  4. 4

    You get paid

20% of every payment goes to your bank through Stripe, after a 30-day hold.

The share is paid on plan payments, not on texts, calls or other usage. Not an agency? The affiliate program pays 15% to 25% for 12 months.

Your clients run a better business

When a client's phone gets answered and every lead gets a reply, your marketing shows up as booked work instead of missed calls.

Calls answered or texted back

A missed call gets a text back right away, and an AI receptionist can answer when nobody is free.

Online booking

Customers book from the website or the Google profile, and every booking lands on one calendar.

Reminders and follow-ups

Text and email reminders before each visit, and follow-ups after it, once the owner turns them on.

Invoices and card payments

Invoices with a pay link, card and bank payments, and one view of who still owes what.

Review requests

Customers are asked about the job, and the happy ones are sent to leave a Google review.

Your Client Accounts dashboard

Each client's leads, calls and booked jobs in one list. Counts only, never their customers, and revenue only if they share it.

A card on your dashboard, and an optional Monday email, list the report drafts waiting for you and any client with no new lead in 14 days.

Run your agency on Smarfle too

The account you send reports from also runs your own agency.

  • Retainers that invoice themselves each month, with hours used against each plan
  • Proposals your clients sign online
  • One inbox for calls, texts and email
  • Your own leads, projects and invoices

Questions agencies ask

What is a white-label SEO report?

A report an agency sends its client under the agency's own brand, with the tool that builds it out of sight. In Smarfle the report carries your agency's name, logo and color, and covers Google search, the Google Business profile, Maps rankings, leads and calls on one page.

Are the reports fully white label?

Your name, logo and color are on the report, the browser tab names your agency, and the email goes out from your own Gmail. The link itself is on smarfle.com, and there is no custom domain for report links yet. When a client runs their business on Smarfle, the parts read from their account say so.

Which data sources go into a report?

Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (with Google Ads spend when the client's Analytics is linked to Ads), Google Business profiles, Smarfle's Maps rank grid, Ahrefs exports you upload, and the work you log or that Smarfle finds in the client's sitemap. For clients who run on Smarfle, also their calls, texts, forms, bookings and jobs. Other ad spend can be typed in. There are no social media connectors.

Do my clients have to use Smarfle?

No. A report runs on the client's Google data alone, with leads from their Analytics key events and calls from their Google Business profile. Clients who run their business on Smarfle add every call, text, form, booking and job to the report, and those are the clients you earn on.

How long does a monthly report take?

Seconds. Connecting a client's sources takes a few minutes the first time, and each one turns green once it reads. After that you pick the month and click Build. Or let Smarfle build every report 3 days after the period ends (Google's numbers lag 2 to 3 days) and send it to the client by itself, or hold it for your review first.

How much can my agency earn, and when is it paid?

20% of every plan payment each client you bring makes, for as long as they pay, and 25% once 15 of them pay. A client on Professional ($199 a month) earns you $39.80 a month. Each payment is held for 30 days, then paid to your bank through Stripe.

Is my own plan really free?

Yes, while 3 or more of the businesses you referred are on a paid plan. Your plan price drops to zero, and usage such as texts, calls and Maps checks is billed as usual. If fewer than 3 pay, the plan bills again until the count is back.

Can I see my clients' customers?

No. A client who runs on Smarfle shares counts with you, such as leads, calls and booked jobs, and revenue only if they turn it on. Customer names, messages and records stay with the business.

How does this help grow a marketing agency?

In two ways. Reports that show leads and booked jobs make it easier to keep clients and to raise a retainer, and the 20% share adds recurring revenue from clients you already have, with no new service to sell or deliver.

Who counts as an agency?

A business registered on Smarfle as a marketing agency or a web design and development agency. Consultants, creators and other partners join the affiliate program instead, at 15% to 25% for 12 months.
