For seventeen years the founder marketed small businesses across healthcare, legal, pest control, e-commerce, SaaS and home services. The same thing happened on almost every engagement. Leads would arrive and then leak away somewhere between the phone, the spreadsheet, the invoicing tool and whatever the office manager kept in their head.

The tools those businesses needed existed, just never in one place. Five separate apps, five logins, five bills, none of them talking to each other. Every one of them was built for somebody selling software, then adapted for a business that sends people to houses.
