When a client rates their experience, only five-star ratings are redirected to your Google Business Profile. Ratings of four stars or lower are captured privately in your CRM and trigger a notification for your team to follow up. This gives you a chance to resolve issues before the client posts publicly.

Yes. You can configure the delay between job completion and the review request. The default is 2 hours, but you can adjust it from 30 minutes to 7 days. You also choose whether to send via SMS, email, or both channels.

The system includes a cooldown period to prevent over-requesting. If a client has already received a review request within the past 30 days, subsequent job completions will not trigger another request unless you override this setting.

You need your Google Business Profile place ID or direct review link, which you can find in your GBP dashboard. Enter this in your Smarfle organization settings, and the system will redirect five-star ratings to that specific review page.
