The Problem
Most CRMs show the day's jobs as a list or a calendar. Neither view makes it obvious which tech is overloaded, which jobs are stuck, or what to reassign.
Lists Hide Overload

Status Transitions Are Manual

How It Works
Open the Dispatch Board
The /dispatch page shows today's work orders on a Kanban board. Pick By Technician or By Status from the view toggle.
Drag to Reassign or Progress
Drag a card to another technician column to reassign, or drag it through status columns (Scheduled -> In Progress -> Completed) on the By Status view.
Use Quick Actions
Every card has a mini menu for view, edit, and status change without dragging. Useful on mobile where drag is harder.
Filter and Focus
Filter by date, branch, or priority. Mobile-responsive layout collapses columns into a scrollable row for phones.
