No. Reports are visible to owners and managers only. Technicians see their own work orders and time entries but not aggregate revenue or other technicians' numbers.

No. Reports give you operational visibility — what you sold, who sold it, what it cost. You still keep QuickBooks for tax filings, payroll, and your CPA's audit trail. CSV export bridges the two.

Gross profit = invoice revenue minus parts cost (from the inventory catalog at time of use) minus job expenses logged on the work order. Labor cost is included if you have hourly rates set on technicians.
