What are the tier levels?

Three tiers based on currently paying referred customers (not raw signups). Growth (15%) is the default. Pro (20%) unlocks at 5 active paying customers. Elite (25%) unlocks at 15. The tier is recomputed nightly based on which of your referred businesses currently have an active Smarfle subscription - quality metric, not vanity. If a customer cancels, the count adjusts; your forward commission rate adjusts with it. Past commissions stay at the rate they were earned at.

How long does the tracking cookie last?

The referral cookie persists for 90 days. If someone clicks your link today and subscribes 60 days later, you still receive full credit for the referral.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions enter a pending state for 30 days after each payment, then move to held for verification, then become available for payout. Automatic transfers deposit earnings to your Stripe Connect Express account on a regular schedule.

Is there a cost to join?

The program is completely free. No signup fees, monthly charges, or minimum referral requirements. You only need a Stripe Connect Express account to receive payouts.
