These terms apply when you request, book, or receive services from DVP Paint Correction. By booking with us you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and general guidance. A quote becomes firm once we have seen the job, either in person or from the details and photos you provide. If we find conditions that materially change the work, we will tell you and get your approval before continuing.

Scheduling and access

We will confirm your appointment before we come out. Please make sure we can access the property and the area to be serviced at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the site and were not told in advance, we may need to reschedule and may charge for the trip.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. We will always try to accommodate you. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a fee, which we will tell you about before it applies.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee where permitted by law.

Your responsibilities

Please tell us about anything on the property that affects the work, including hazards, prior damage, fragile items, pets, and any special instructions. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions we were not told about and could not reasonably discover.

Our work

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. If you are not satisfied, contact us promptly and we will work with you to put it right. Any warranty we offer will be stated in writing on your quote or invoice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
